F24 RC Quadcopter Drone

Like most typical guys, I immediately opened the package and headed out to fly the drone. I have never flown one before (which shows at the start of the video) but, after reading how to power up and perform auto-take-off, I was on my way. I chose a wide open field to assure that I could not mess up, too bad.This is an easy to learn drone with an inuitive interface to an app on your phone. Tightly packaged (it folds up) and pretty light.Once I got the controls figured out, I was able to fly it without problem. Also, I really like the 'return to home' feature, which makes it easy to bring back and land.It also has many extra features, which I did not try yet (follow me, focus on object, etc). I also have not been able to determine battery lifeSo far, it has been worth the money and "as advertised" ... I'll need to read the instruction manual now to learn all the nuances and 'extras' that it has stored up.If you are hunting for a 1st drone .. this is your ticket.

I am a drone beginner. I was able to get this thing up in the air right away and I learned how to control it at least on beginner's mode pretty easily. The picture and video quality is solid. I still have to work on more of the advanced features. Return to Home mode is particularly useful for a beginner. The battery time is good. A single charge lasted 25 minutes and you can buy additional batteries.

I was impressed with this drone from the beginning. The case is very well made, and for the first time I saw that some accessories were in little bags made of a material that looks like Mater-Bi (biodegradable and compostable bioplastic).The drone itself is pretty heavy and sturdy. The materials are good and perfectly assembled.The remote feels solid and fits perfectly in my hands.Within a few minutes of practice, I mastered flying it. Its design and ease of use is unbeatable.It is stable even on windy days, and the flight pattern is precise.Flight time is 20- 25 minutes. That’s really incredible, considering the weight of this drone.The only thing missing is a spare battery, in order to have continuous flight.The battery fits in easily. It takes mere seconds to exchange batteries.The camera resolution is pretty good and easy to control. I am really happy with this purchase.

Really enjoying the new F24 drone. Small convenient carrying case. Easy to recharge with mini USB is a significant improvement over my prior version which required cumbersome charging blocks and controllers. Battery life is very good in initial flights. Really impressive picture quality with camera which is adjustable. Only negative is speed vertical and forward reverse, but with overall size, that is to be expected.

I had purchased a fairly cheap (under $100) drone about a year and a half ago with the intention of learning how to fly a drone and see if I liked it. I didn't. It was terrible. The thing never flew straight, always took its own directions and was all over the place. I basically never used after the first few attempts.However, after seeing this drone available on Woot and reading the reviews, I decided I would take my chance again and spend a little more money this time. Boy, what a difference it made. While I had some trouble figuring out the app and where to find what, once I did, it became really intuitive. The app is easy to navigate, and it works well with the controls.The first day I took it out flying I took it to my local park. I spend about a half hour just doing some of the basic things with the drone such as waypoint flights, follow me, and image tracking. Since it was my first time, I fumbled a bit with it and didnt have much success doing the things I wanted. I also dont think that I was calibrating the GPS correctly.I decided to read the manual again, thoroughly and watch some videos online, after that - piece of cake! I took it out on vacation with us this week and it has just been amazing! The stability of this drone is great. it hovers exactly where you want it to, the GPS tracking and following is spot on, and the range on this thing is phenomenal and I haven't even taken it to the max yet! The picture and video quality is stunning and everything is crystal clear. The drone is so much fun that my father in law who is a pilot and owns his own plane actually said he needed to get one now! He flew it for a bit last night and was able to understand the controls with great ease.If you are looking for a good base drone that has excellent range, photo quality and is all around fun, I highly recommend this drone!

Other than an overpriced ski, this is the one to get!

Very easy drone to learn and become comfortable with. The user manual is explained everything you needed to get going. Very pleased with this product.

The Contixo is easy to fly, the battery lasts pretty long compared to similar drones. The carrying case makes it easy to transport and deploy. I would recommend this Drone.

To be honest I have never used a drone before, this product is so easy to control and beginner mode helped a lot at first. After using it for a couple of times removing the beginner mode allowed me to explore the drone to its full capacity and it’s great!!!!! Reason I bought the drone is because I am building a house and want to take video and pictures of the process and this is the perfect drone for it. You can’t beat the price that’s for sure!!!! Great Drone, and if something happened to it it’s customer service is great at answering any questions youMay have or issues youMay have with the product.

First nicer drone purchase. Summary, feature packed for the price, a great beginner drone (as long as you read all the instructions). Recommend getting a second battery if using it while hiking. Battery and controller had 80% charge right out of the box, which was great since I couldn't wait to fly it. Instructions were easy and straight forward, reccomend reading everything to avoid the "do-nots". The app is easy to use and simple to setup (using Galaxy S8). The framerate and quality is excellent for the price.Researched a few of the competitors. This drone doesn't have the highest shutter speed for video or the highest resolution for the price. But has one of the longest battery lives and operating ranges compared drones of similar price.

So far we have liked flying this drone around. It is very fun once you get the hang of flying it. We haven't taken any pictures or video yet but we are very excited to do so!

This was my first drone, and being a senior citizen I'm not accustomed to using video game controllers!...I read the manual carefully and made a controller one-page "cheat sheet" card, it was then easy to use and very enjoyable to fly...and I landed it successfully!

This drone is very easy to use right out of the box. It takes great photos and video, and is fairly priced.

Takes some getting used to if you have never owned one before, but when I did, I am so glad I bought it. For the price, it’s a great drone. Built well and survived quite a few crashes. Buy a spare battery so you can fly it twice as long.

Once I opened the box up, I was giddy as ever. I have never used a drone before, but how easy this one is to set up and operate is amazing. The beginner mode for flying makes it easy to learn to use. The camera is good for a drone under $300. I can't wait to get out and get better use out of it, other than flying around my yard.

To start off everything was professionally packaged inside the case to show were the products placement is suppose to go which I really appreciated, makes setting up the drone that much easier.Function wise I think it’s a nice quality drone for the price I paid, easy to maneuver and handle the drone.

Love how intuitive the drone is to fly. The GPS setting make it very stable and reliable in flight. There is no gimble or any other image stabilization so videos are not always smooth. I am using it for fixed images so that's not a problem. Don't need to worry about the drone flying away too far unless you turn GPS flight off, then you will need to know how to fly it without computer aid!
